The boxes

Four boxes, each built around a different need

Pick the one that fits the moment — or combine a few. Every box is curated to work together, not just collected.

Made for the moments that need a little help

Regulation doesn’t only happen in a therapy room. It happens at a school desk, in the car, at bedtime, and in the quiet after a big feeling. Our boxes are built around the needs we kept seeing:

  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Autism
  • Sensory regulation
  • Emotional regulation
  • Focus & attention
  • Sleep & wind-down
  • Sensory seeking
  • Sensory sensitivity

Our story

Two psychology students who got tired of the hunt.

Neuro Haven started in conversations and lectures — and in real moments where we saw how often someone just needed the right tool to feel calmer or more focused. As psychology students, we understood the science. We also saw how hard it was for families to actually find good sensory tools, all in one place, packaged in a way that felt approachable instead of overwhelming.

So we decided to curate them ourselves.

The tools are out there, but they’re scattered, and they rarely come as something cohesive. We changed that. Every Neuro Haven box is put together on purpose — tools that work well together for calming, grounding, focus and self-expression, with a bit of fun built in.

We don’t think support has to be complicated to be effective. Sometimes it’s as simple as the right texture, the right movement, or the right object at the right moment. That’s what we pack.
